At Need Moar Dragons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Australian Consumer Guarantees

You're entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is:

  • Faulty or unsafe

  • Not as described

  • Not of acceptable quality

  • Doesn’t perform as promised

These rights apply automatically under the law.

2. Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion. To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Return postage is at your cost

We may apply a small restocking fee for change-of-mind refunds.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email us at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll assess your request and reply with next steps.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (via Stripe) within a few business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.

  • For change-of-mind returns, you’ll need to pay return postage.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Perishable items

  • Custom or personalised goods (unless faulty)
